Shipping & Delivery Time
Orders are processed promptly after payment is verified. We ship only to confirmed addresses, and your billing and shipping addresses must match.
Shipping times are provided by the carrier and do not include weekends or holidays. During peak holiday seasons, please allow an additional 5–10 business days for potential delays. Delivery typically takes 10–20 business days, depending on your location.
Shipping costs vary based on your location. Customs policies vary by country. You may be responsible for import duties, taxes, or VAT, which are applied once your order reaches your country. These charges must be paid by you, and we have no control over them.
Delivery times may vary depending upon the items ordered. Times also vary depending upon whether the billing and shipping information are accurate.
- US Post Air Mail for the order package(≤2kg).
- DHL or UPS courier for the order package(>2kg).
- All orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days after payment.
- The Tracking Number will be provided after your order has been shipped.
If you haven’t received your order within 20 business days, please contact us and we’ll assist you in tracking your shipment. Your satisfaction is our priority!
DOT restrictions on air shipping
Restricted items include: Aerosol-type products, pressurized spray cans, such as: hairspray and shaving cream. In compliance with DOT rules restricted items require ground-only delivery. JLAC-Petplus.com does not ship DOT-restricted items to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO/DPO or International addresses.
