U.S. Shipping

Our in-stock products ship directly from our U.S. location.

Enjoy FREE standard shipping on U.S. orders over $50.00 within the 48 contiguous United States.

Orders are generally processed within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Most U.S. orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days after shipment, depending on the destination and carrier.  Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Weekends, holidays, weather, carrier delays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select destinations.

International orders typically arrive within approximately 10–20 business days after shipment, depending on the destination, carrier, customs processing, and other factors.

Shipping charges vary by destination and will be calculated when applicable. Please allow additional time during holidays and other high-volume shipping periods.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

Unless specifically stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient. JLAC Pet Plus does not control customs fees or customs-processing times.

Tracking Your Order

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped, when available.

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us at info@jlac-petplus.com and we'll be happy to help you check the shipment status.

Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may be subject to carrier or transportation restrictions and may not be eligible for shipment to all destinations.

Products classified as restricted or hazardous for air transportation may require ground shipping and may not be available for shipment to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international destinations.
