Every Journey Has a Story

My story has always been shaped by journeys, resilience, and the companions we meet along the way. Years later, two very special dogs—Toupy and Kobe—became part of a completely different kind of journey.

Toupy & Kobe

They weren't simply my pets. They were my road-trip partners, hiking companions, lake explorers, and family.

Together, we explored Arizona—quiet lakes, mountain trails, weekend road trips, and plenty of places we discovered simply because we decided to get in the car and go.

Kobe's journey ended in November 2025 after battling cancer. Losing him changed the way I think about the time we have with our pets—and how important it is to care for them, protect them, and make memories while we can.

Toupy continues the journey with me. He's older now, so our adventures may move a little slower, but that tail still knows exactly what the car keys mean. 🐾
